Instructions: Combine mashed sweet potatoes, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons margarine.
Chill for easy handling. Shape in 2-inch balls with a marshmallow inside each. Use 1 1/4 cups of potatoes to cover. Heat honey and 1 tablespoon margarine in a small heavy skillet over high-heat. When syrup is hot add potato balls one at a time. Roll in glaze, coating completely. Roll in nuts. Space balls so they do not touch in a greased shallow baking dish.
