Recipe for Sweet Potato Casserole (Janice)

Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
	Sweet Potatoes ----------------
3 cup	mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 cup	sugar
1/2 tsp	salt
2 x	eggs
1/2 cup	milk
1/3 stk	margarine or butter softened
1 tsp	vanilla
	----------------- Topping ----------------
1 cup	brown sugar
1 cup	pecans
1/3 cup	flour

Instructions:

Instructions: Sweet Potato Directions: Mix all above ingredients together, and pour into greased (or sprayed) casserole dish.

Topping Directions: Mix topping ingredients together. Pour on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until golden brown.
