Instructions: Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, salt, vanilla and butter together. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Mix all topping ingredients together and crumble evenly over potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 35-45 mins.

Michelle Says: The Sweet Potato Casserole is a relatively new addition to our holiday table. I found the recipe in a cookbook a couple of years ago, made it, and it became a huge hit.
