POTATO MIXTURE ----------------
3 lrg Eggs
5 lb Peeled sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed
2/3 cup Sugar
2/3 cup Margarine, melted
1/3 cup Heavy cream
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
----------------- TOPPING ----------------
1 cup Packed light brown sugar
1/3 cup Flour
1 cup Pecans, finely chopped
1/3 cup Margarine, cut in small pieces
Instructions:
Instructions: OVEN: 350 Grease a shallow 2-quart baking dish.

POTATO MIXTURE: Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in potatoes til blended.

Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread evenly in prepared dish.

TOPPING: Mix sugar, flour and nuts in a medium-size bowl. Work in butter with hands til well blended. Sprinkle evenly over potato mixture.

Bake 60 to 70 minutes til topping is browned and bubbly.

Garnish with pecan halves.
