1/2 lb Sweet potatoes
1/3 cup Brown sugar packed
1/3 cup Orange juice
1/2 cup Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute
3 tbl Kahlua
1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1 tbl Butter Buds liquid
1/4 cup Pecans toasted and chopped
3 tbl Flour
1/4 cup Brown sugar packed
1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions:
Instructions: Cover potatoes with water and cook 35-40 mins or until tender. Drain and cool. When cool, peel and mash in a large bowl until smooth.

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly spray a 2-qt baking dish with Pam. Stir 1/3 cup brown sugar, orange juice, egg substitute, Kahlua, pie spice and butter buds into the sweet potatoes. Spoon into dish.

Make the topping: Combine chopped pecans, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter buds in a bowl. Sprinkle over the sweet potatoes. Bake uncovered for 40 mins.
