3 cup sweet potatoes, mashed, OR
1 can sweet potatoes, 30 ounces
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbl butter, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
2 x eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
----------------- TOPPING ----------------
1/2 cup brown sugar
I cup nuts, chopped
1/3 cup flour
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix mashed potatoes with salt, butter, vanilla, sugar, eggs and milk.

Spread in a 9-inch square pan.

Mix topping ingredients and spread over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
