1/4 cup butter or margarine
softened
3 x eggs separated
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 x unbaked 10 inch pastry
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine potatoes and butter, stir well. Add next 6 ingredients, mixing well. Pour into pastry shell, and bake at 350^F for 50 minutes or until set.
