3 lrg cooked sweet potatoes peeled, mashed
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup egg substitute
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon-flavored extract
1 tbl butter-flavored extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/8 cup brandy
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup evaporated fat-free (skim) milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together and beat until smooth. Pour into the pie shell and bake for 40 minutes.

This recipe yields 10 servings.
