Instructions: Preheat grill to 400 degrees if not already hot. Pare out any bad spots and cut potatoes crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices, leaving on skin. Arrange sweet potato slices on grill. Grill 8 to 10 minutes or until grill marks shoe on flesh.
Meanwhile, mix together honey and butter in a small bowl until combined. Turn sweet potatoes and spread with honey butter. Grill second side 6 to 8 minutes or until fork tender.
