1/3 tsp active dry yeast
3 cup bread flour or all purpose
1/3 cup wheat bran or flour
1/3 cup sweet potato or yams, mash, cook
1/2 tbl orange zest grated
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbl applesauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Makes a nice, soft sandwich loaf. This is for a 1 pound loaf.

*NOTE add 1 to 2 tablespoons as needed for Welbilt/Dak On Basic Bread Cycle:
Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturers directions.
