1 can (16-oz) sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
2 cup Cooked brown rice
1/2 tsp Grated nutmeg
2 x Eggs, beaten
1 cup Miniature marshmallows
3 tbl Butter, melted
1/3 cup Brown sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients except marshmallows; spoon into buttered casserole, top with marshmallows and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.

Serves 6-8.
