6 cup	Sweet potatoe, cooked and mashed
1 cup	Brown sugar
1/2 tsp	Nutmeg (I put more)
1/4 cup	Butter
1 tsp	Vanilla (I put more)

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix and place in lightly buttered 2 qt. casserol. (Or scooped out orange halves) and bake at 400 degrees until browned on top.
