Recipe for Sweet Potatoes in Applesauce

Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 can	Sweet potaotes, 16oz, draind
1/4 tsp	Salt
1 can	Applesauce, 8 oz.
1/4 cup	Brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tbl	Butter (or marg.)

Instructions:

Instructions: Place sweet potatoes in a 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with salt. Spoon applesauce over potatoes. Sprinkle with brown sugar; dot with butter.

Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
