4 med	sweet potatoes
1/2 cup	sour cream
2 tbl	pure maple syrup
1/4 tsp	salt
1/4 tsp	ground ginger

Instructions:

Instructions: PIERCE sweet potatoes several times with a fork, and place on a baking sheet.

BAKE at 375 degrees F. for 1 hour.

STIR together sour cream and next 3 ingredients. Spoon over split baked potatoes, and sprinkle with pecans.
