Instructions: Prick potatoes and microwave on high until soft. Scoop flesh into large bowl and mash with butter, sugar, juice, marmalade, gingerroot and salt.
Spread mixture evenly in 2-qt. baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray. Preheat oven to 400F Using pastry cutter, combine topping ingredients until mixture resembles coarse meal.
