Instructions: Melt the jaggery over a low heat and add the ghee.
Take off the heat and add the puffed rice. Cool down enough to handle and shape the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball. Cool completely and store. These rice balls will keep for up to a fortnight or longer if they are stored in an airtight container. A crispy sweet that must be eaten with your fingers. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
