Instructions: This is one of my Grandmothers recipies that survived. It is about 100 years old.
Place veg in large kettle. Pour salt over. Add enough water to cover. Let stand overnight. Drain and cover with water and drain again. Mix remaining ingredients . Simmer 15 min. Pack in nars. Water bath for 10 min. Email this Recipe:
