Instructions: Bring the milk to the boil in a heavy pan and simmer on a low heat until it becomes thick and creamy
In the meantime cook the rice in a little water until mushy. Drain and reserve. When the milk is done add all the other ingredients and take off the heat. Chill well and serve. A sweet from Gujarat similar to a rice pudding but thinner. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
