Instructions: Marinate pork with all ingredients for 6 hours, turning occasionally.
Reserve marinade. Preheat oven for 10 minutes, place pork in a roasting dish and cook at high temperature (230C-450F) for 1/2 an hour, brushing with marinade every 10 minutes. Turn pork over, add remaining marinade then roast another 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to rest 10-15 minutes. Cut into slices and seve hot with fried rice. Email this Recipe:
