Instructions: Heat half the ghee in a heavy bottomed pan and fry the cloves and cinnamon.
Add the rice and fry until it is shiny. Pour in the hot water and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat partially cover and simmer until fluffy and dry. Mix the saffron into the milk and gently fold into the rice. Add all the other ingredients and mix. Cook on a low heat until all the ingredients are well blended.
