Amount	Ingredient
4 tbl	butter or margarine - (to 6 tbspns)
3/4 cup	catsup
1/2 cup	white vinegar
3/4 cup	brown sugar
3 tbl	Worcestershire sauce - (to 4 tbspns)
2 x	garlic cloves minced
	Salt to taste
	Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp	Tabasco sauce or to taste
1/2 cup	chicken broth
6 x	boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken (add pineapple chunks during the last 30 minutes, if used). Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours, or until chicken is tender. Serve over rice.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
