Instructions: Cut green pepper in 1" pieces.Cook slowly in fat or oil in a heated fry pan about 10 minutes,until tender.Mix sugar and cornstarch.Mix in broth,vinegar and soy sauce;add to green pepper.Cook over medium heat,stirring until sauce is clear and thickened.Add meat and raisins.Heat.Serves 2.
