4 x Boneless pork chops
2 tbl peanut oil
2 tbl cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup salad vinegar, or apple cider vinegar
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tbl soy sauce
1 med onion, sliced
1 lrg green pepper, cubed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown pork chops in oil.
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all other ingredients except onion and green pepper in a saucepan and bring to boil. Cook for 2 minutes.

Pour thickened sauce over pork chops and top with onion and green pepper.

Bake covered for 1 1/2 - 2 hours until chops are tender.
