Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a large nonaluminum Dutch oven; bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, and simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Pack relish into hot jars, filling to 1/2 inch from top. Remove air bubbles; wipe jar rims. Cover at once with metal lids, and screw on bands. Process in boiling-water bath 15 minutes; serve at room temperature or chilled with hot dogs, corn, peas, or greens. This recipe yields 9 pints. Yield: 9 pints Email this Recipe:
