Instructions: Make Ultralight Pastry Dough through the second rise.

Preheat oven to 350F.

Place dough in a nonstick bread pan. Push the dough flat.

Let rise for 20 minutes.

Make egg wash by whisking together the milk & egg white.

Brush top of loaf with the egg wash.

Bake for 45 minutes.

1 serving equals 2 slices.
