Instructions: Mix nuts, coconut, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Place one teaspoon of this mixture in the center of each won ton square. Fold into a triangle.
Moisten edges with beaten egg to seal. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown, turning once. Shake in a bag of powdered sugar. Cool. Store in an air-tight container. Yield: 50. Email this Recipe:
