Instructions: 8 Red leaf lettuce cups
Cook peas in salted boiling water for 4 minutes then rinse under cold water. Cook corn in salted boiling water for 3 minutes then rinse under cold water. In a large bowl combine tomatoes peas corn sprouts and chervil. In a small bowl whisk all dressing ingredients. Toss with tomato mixture. Taste and adjust seasoning. Mound in lettuce cups.
