2 tsp vegetable oil
1 can (8 ozs.) crushed pineapple
1 can (6 ozs.) unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tsp Light soy sauce
2 tsp distilled white vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp Ground ginger

As fish cooks, it turns from translucent to opaque. Season with salt and pepper. Place on a greased baking sheet and broil for 3-5 minutes or until fish just flakes when tested with a for k. Serve salmon nuggets with a bowl of sweet and sour sauce for dipping.
