Instructions: Trim excess fat from steak.
Marinade: In a small bowl, stir together all of marinade ingredients. Mix well.:our marinade over steak in shallow dish. Cove; refrigerate for several hours or overnight, turning steak occasionally. Drain steak, reserving marinade. Cook steak over hot coals, turning once and basting with marinade until cooked as desired. Place steak on cutting board; let stand for 5 minutes.
