Instructions: Combine ground beef, egg, salt and pepper.
Form into 16 meatballs. Lightly brown meatballs in shortening. Add green pepper and onion; saute until vegetables are tender. Stir in pineapple juice and Heinz 57 sauce. Cover; simmer 15 - 20 minutes. Thicken sauce with cornstarch and water mixture. Serve over hot rice. Email this Recipe:
