Recipe for Sweet and Sour Meatloaf

Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
2 lb	lean ground beef
1 cup	bread crumbs, or crushed crackers
1/2 cup	onion, chopped (about 1 small onion)
1 tsp	salt
1/2 tsp	pepper
2 x	eggs
1 x	8 oz. can tomato sauce, use 1/2 for meatloaf, 1/2 for topping
2 tbl	Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp	garlic, minced
1 tbl	parsley flakes
1/4 cup	celery, chopped
	----------------- TOPPING: ----------------
2 tbl	brown sugar
1/2 cup	sugar
2 tbl	vinegar
2 tsp	prepared mustard

Instructions:

Instructions: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except ones for topping, mixing well. Place in a baking pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

Topping: In a sauce pan, mix topping ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over meat loaf about 10 minutes before meatloaf is done.
