Instructions: Tenderize ribs: put in pot with enough water to cover, add sugar. Boil a couple hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place meat in baking pan. Drain pineapple, pouring syrup into 2 cup measure, add water to make 1 1/4 cup. In medium saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, pineapple syrup, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, and bouillon. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil 2 minutes. Pour over meat. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Add pineapple slices and green pepper. Bake 30 minutes longer or until meat is tender. *This recipe is originally for chicken and served over rice. Chicken should be browned before placing in baking dish. It can also be used for meatballs or anything you desire. Email this Recipe:
