2 tbl cooking oil
1 lb boneless pork, cut in 1" cubes
1 can pineapple chunks, (15 1/4 oz.)
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
1 x clove garlic, minced
2 tbl cornstarch
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat cooking oil in skillet. Brown pork. Add next 5 ingredients. Bring to boil, simmer 10 minutes or until done. Mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water; add to pork with the peppers. Boil 2 minutes stirring constantly.

Serve over rice.
