Ingredients:

1/2 lb Beef pot roast
1/2 lb Beef brisket
Suet (for browing)
2 x Onions, crushed
1 x Bay leaf
2 tbl Vinegar
1 tbl Brown sugar
3 tbl Catsup
1 x Garlic clove, sliced
1/3 cup Seedless raisins
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown meats in suet.Add onions and garlic. Add stock and bay leaf. Cover.

Simmer for 1 hour. Add vinegar and brown sugar. cover and simmer for 1 hour longer. Add catsup and raisins. Cover. Simmer for 30 minutes longer. Serve with noodles or Brown rice.

sugguested menu: Sweet and sour pot roast, noodles, peas, green salad, custard, coffee or tea.
