1 tbl	Cornstarch
2/3 cup	Apple juice
1/4 cup	Cider vinegar
1 tsp	Grated orange peel
1 lb	Polska kielbasa -- in 20
	Pieces
2 med	Red cooking apples -- in 20
	Wedges

Instructions:

Instructions: Heat grill. In small pan, combine all glaze ing, blending well. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.

alternately thread sausage, apples, and peppers on 5 12" skewers Grill over med hi gas heat or 4-6 inches from coals. Cook 4 mins. Brush with glaze, turn, brush again. Cook 4 mins more. Serve with remaining glaze.
