Instructions: Saute onion and garlic. Mix with rice, 1 teaspoon of Spike, cloves and egg whites. Place 2 tablespoons in the center of a cabbage leaf. Fold the sides up and roll up. Place seam side down in an 11-by-13-inch baking dish. Prepare additional rolls-there will be a total of 10 or 12.
Mix tomatoes, raisins, the remaining teaspoon of Spike, sugar, and vinegar in a pot over low heat until sugar dissolves. Pour mixture over cabbage rolls. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve with nonfat sour cream on the side. Powter. Email this Recipe:
