2 Quarts
Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2/3 cup Mustard seed
1/2 cup Dry mustard
1 cup Cold water
2 cup Cider vinegar
4 x Garlic cloves
1/4 cup Brown sugar
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Allspice
1/2 tsp Tarragon
1/4 tsp Tumeric
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine seeds and mustard with cold water. Allow to sit refrigerated overnight.

Combine all remaining ingredients except honey. Simmer, uncovered 10-15 minutes, reduce volume by one half. Pour this mixture through a strainer, into mustard and seed mixture. Blenderize thoroughly. Cook in double boiler until consistancy of gravy. Add Honey. Will keep refrigerated several years.
