Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
300 gm	Raw sweetcorn kernels
1 tbl	Curry powder
2 tbl	Rice flour
3 tbl	Wheat flour
1/2 tsp	Salt
2 tbl	Light soy sauce
	Oil for deep frying
	Coriander
	----------------- SAUCE ----------------
2 x	Cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 x	Chilli, finely chopped
2 tbl	Rice vinegar

Instructions:

Instructions: In a bowl mix together the ingredients except the oil, stirring well to make a thick dough. Heat the oil. Using a spoon form the dough into small cakes and slide into the hot oil. Deep fry until golden brown, drain and allow to cool.

Sauce: Mix together and serve with the sweetcorn cakes.
