1 x	beaten egg
1 cup	warm water
3 tbl	instant nonfat dry milk
1/4 tsp	salt
2 tbl	Crisco oil
2 tbl	brown sugar
1/3 cup	pureed sweet potatoes
1/4 cup	bread flour
2 tsp	instant yeast

Instructions:

Instructions: Place all ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machines manufacturer. Process (2 pound pan machines only) on the Basic cycle, Light Crust setting.

Alternately, oven bake from Dough Cycle of machine at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes using a 9- by 5-inch loafpan. Also makes very soft dinner rolls.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Yield: 1 loaf
