12 slc white bread
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup cheese, grated
3 slc bacon
1 cup mushrooms
2 tbl butter
1 tbl lemon juice
4 x eggs
Instructions:
Instructions: Dice bacon.

Fry bacon over moderate heat for 3-4 minutes, drain on kitchen paper. Saute sliced mushrooms in butter and lemon juice until soft.

Trim crusts from bread, mix cheese and cream together and spread on half the bread slices. Top with mushrooms an bacon, place second slice on top and press lightly.

Beat together eggs and milk, dip both sides of bread into egg. Fry sandwiches on both sides in butter until golden. Serve garnished with a sprig of parsley.
