Instructions: In saucepan over medium heat, melt butter; add flour, sugar, pepper, salt, and onion. Add sour cream gradually and cook until thickened. Fold in drained green beans. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
