Ingredients:

1 cup Quaker Oats, uncooked (quick or old-fashioned)
16 oz Vanilla yogurt nonfat or lowfat
8 oz Crushed pineapple in juice undrained
2 tbl Sliced almonds (optional)
Instructions:
Instructions: In medium bowl, combine oats, yogurt, pineapple and almonds; mix well.

Cover, refrigerate overnight or up to 4 days. To serve, layer oat mixture and strawberries in 4 parfait glasses. Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired. Serve chilled.
