16 oz pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup uncooked medium-wide noodles
3 cup hot water
12 oz can evaporated skim milk
3 tsp flour
6 slc Kraft reduced-fat Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 oz jar sliced mushrooms, drained
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 325. Spray 8x8" baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. In large saucepan combine broccoli, onion, noodles, and water. Bring to boil. Cook 10 min or until just tender, stirring occasionally. Drain. Combine flour and skim milk in a jar with cover. Shake well till blended. Pour into medium saucepan sprayed with butter-flavored spray. Add cheese, mushrooms, and lemon pepper. Mix well. Cook over med. heat 5 minutes or until mixture thickens and cheese melts, stirring often. Add broccoli mixture. Mix well. Pour into baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Place dish on wire rack and let set for 5 minutes before serving.

Serves 6.
