3 tbl Margarine or. butter
3 tbl Gold Medal all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp Salt Dash of pepper Dash of ground nutmeg
1 lt /2 Cups milk
1/3 cup Dry white wine
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat margarine in I l/2-quart saucepan until melted. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg until blended. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk and wine. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir I minute; remove from heat.

Stir in cheese until melted.
