Instructions: Dredge raisins with flour; set aside. Combine cake mix, eggs, sour cream, water, oil, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl; beat 2 minutes on medium speed of an electric mixer. Add raisins, chocolate chips, and pecans; stir until ingredients are combined. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10 inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 to 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan, and cool completely on a wire rack. Dust top of cake with powdered sugar.
