1/4 cup Flour -- whole-wheat
1 cup Milk -- nonfat (skim)
1/4 cup Milk,non-instant -- skim*
4 x Eggs
1/4 cup Soy powder
1/4 cup Swiss cheese
1 tsp Salt
2 tbl Oil -- sesame
Instructions:
Instructions: Preparation Time: 0:15

1. Mix together flour, powdered milk, soy powder, salt, and sugar substitute.

2. Add skim milk, swiss cheese and eggs and beat well.

3. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in large skillet and pour in 1/4 cup of batter. Saute on both sides until browned.

4. Use remaining batter the same way.
