Ingredients:

4 tbl Butter
2 tbl Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Minced, dried onion
1 tbl Sugar
1 cup Sour cream
2 pkt (10-oz) frozen French cut green beans, cooked and drained
1/2 cup Grated Swiss cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Over low heat melt 2 Tablespoons of butter. Add flour, salt, pepper, onion and sugar. Stir in sour cream and green beans. Put in a 2 quart greased casserole. Cover with cheese. Melt remaining butter and mix with crackers.

Spread over cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings.
