1 pkt dry yeast
1/4 x warm water
1/4 cup milk, scalded and cooled
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
3 x eggs
3/4 cup flour
Instructions:
Instructions: Dissolve yeast in water. Add milk, sugar, salt, butter, eggs and half of the Flour. Beat 10 minutes in mixer. Add remaining flour. Blend with spoon until smooth. Cover and let rise until double in bulk, about 1 to 2 hours.

Punch down; form flat ball. Knead in cheese. Form round ball, place in greased 8-inch pie pan. Let rise until double. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
