Instructions: Cook bacon until transparent and partially brown. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 1 tbsp drippings in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towels and set aside.
Saute onions in reserved drippings until just tender. Combine onion, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic in bowl; mix well. Pour egg mixture into a lightly buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole.
