Ingredients:

1/4 cup All-purpose flour
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 lb Beef round steak, cut into serving-sized pieces
2 tbl Oil
1 lrg Onion, sliced
8 oz Can whole tomatoes, undrained, cut up
Instructions:
Instructions: In a small bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper; mix well. Coat beef with flour mixture, using all of mixture. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat until hot. Add beef; cook until browned. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until beef is tender. Serve.
